Job Description

As a UX/UI Strategy Consultant, you'll lead our efforts in designing intuitive user experiences that resonate with users. We seek someone with a robust understanding of both UX and UI principles, coupled with a passion for innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from user research to final implementation.
• Develop and validate user personas to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess user interaction and experience quality.
• Create and manage design documentation to ensure project clarity.
• Evaluate design effectiveness through A/B testing and user feedback.
• Promote a user-centric culture within the organization.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Present design concepts and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing projects.
