Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user behaviour to inform design decisions.
• Design and implement user interface solutions that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to amplify design impacts.
• Monitor user feedback to refine and enhance designs continuously.
• Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders for approval.
• Document design processes and maintain design specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years in UX design roles

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Prototyping Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accessibility standards: Familiarity with WCAG and creating accessible designs for all users.
