• Oversee the day-to-day management of clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Monitor patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet trial timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate study logistics and implementation.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing trial progress and outcomes.
• Support project management in developing timelines and budgets for assigned studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical monitoring or research roles

Technical Skills

• Data Management
• Ethics in Clinical Research

Certifications

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
