Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for chemical engineering initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve process efficiencies and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative products.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for process failures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all engineering modifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Present technical solutions to senior management.
• Guide project teams on technical engineering requirements.
• Oversee pilot plant testing and scale-up of production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical industry
