• Provide continuous feedback for design improvements.
• Manage timelines and resources effectively.
• Offer technical training and support to junior engineers.
• Engage in client discussions to understand project requirements.
• Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
