Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing production and manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met across operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop project plans and timelines for process upgrades.
• Assist in the selection and deployment of new technologies.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to optimize material usage.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records of engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role
