Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and ensure the store meets sales objectives.

• Manage the merchandising and presentation of products.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales data and create reports for senior management.
• Foster a positive store environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
• Encourage customer engagement and improve the shopping experience.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new employees.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent
• Degree in Business Administration is an advantage

• 3+ years of experience in retail management
