Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into buildable architectural designs.

• Assist in the preparation of costs and budgets for projects.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to enhance design proposals.
• Supervise junior designers or interns working on your projects.
• Lead efforts in sustainability practices and eco-friendly architectural solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Rendering Software
• BIM Software

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Design Professional (if applicable)
• Sustainability Design Certificate (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
