We are on the lookout for a dedicated Real Estate Agent to become part of our growing team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting clients' needs. This role will involve assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting market analysis, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in negotiations, ensuring their best interests are met.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Organize and conduct property inspections and viewings.
• Utilize property management software to track listings and client interactions.
• Provide insights on property investment opportunities.
• Assist clients with mortgage options and financing solutions.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
• Foster a positive team environment through collaboration and support.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Real Estate qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred
