Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize financial data from various sources to support evaluations.
• Involve in drafting pitch documents and assisting in client meetings.
• Conduct industry analysis to highlight potential investment trends.
• Engage in scenario analysis to evaluate investment strategies.
• Work with senior analysts to assess risk factors associated with potential transactions.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate and ensure proper client communication to foster relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or PgDip in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• Valuation Techniques

Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CFA Level II is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
