Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Investment Banking Analyst who will play a crucial role in our investment banking division. The successful candidate will utilize their analytical skills to assist in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence. Responsibilities

• Utilize financial modelling techniques to project revenues and expenses.
• Support senior bankers in negotiations and execution of deals.
• Assess financial statements to accurately inform investment recommendations.
• Engage actively in teamwork and project discussions.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing analysis for internal review.
• Assist in production of market commentary and updates for clients.
• Develop insights on company performance metrics to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or PgDip in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• Valuation Techniques

Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CFA Level II is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with financial software and databases: Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal or similar tools.
