Job Description

As a Civil Engineer within our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the community in Port Elizabeth. This role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining infrastructure, while collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from planning through to execution.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering principles and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to establish project specifications.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering

• AutoCAD

Languages

• English: Fluent
