Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical resource for electrical engineering projects.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Guide junior engineers and interns in their development.
• Compile project documentation for future reference.
• Review and approve designs and specifications.
• Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies regarding project compliance.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related project work

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming
• Electrical Circuit Design

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in project management: Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
