Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to specific learning objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops for teachers to share effective teaching methodologies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials through pilot programs.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate learning management systems.
  • Analyze learning outcomes to make data-driven enhancements to curriculum.
  • Develop user-friendly guides and resources for educators.
  • Encourage collaboration among staff to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development activities to improve instructional design skills.
  • Provide recommendations for resource selection and technology integration.
  • Ensure compliance with curriculum standards and educational regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design or curriculum development
