As a Civil Engineer at Construction Dynamics Ltd., you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring engineering projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Implement project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Maintain documentation for all engineering processes and practices.
• Review contractor submissions and provide recommendations.
• Engage with community stakeholders to ensure project acceptance.
• Track industry trends to enhance engineering practices.
• Support the proposal development process by providing technical insights.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering project design

• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer Status
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• English: Fluent
