Job Description

As an Architect at Design Studio X, your creativity will shine as you create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative architectural concepts that meet functional and aesthetic criteria.
• Participate in design reviews and present design schemes to clients.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards in all designs.
• Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and interns within the firm.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Project Management

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of zoning regulations: Ability to navigate and understand local zoning laws and their effect on design.
• Experience in residential project design: Background working on residential architecture projects would be beneficial.
