UX Designer

Job Description

Join our Durban team as a UX Designer where your primary focus will be creating user-centric designs for our platforms. You'll conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and drive the visual and interaction design process to ensure our products remain both relevant and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and enhancements.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Design user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability.
• Test designs for responsiveness across different devices.
• Develop and maintain a design system for brand consistency.
• Work closely with UX researchers to incorporate insights into designs.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their development.
• Optimize user flows to enhance overall user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
