As a Field Cane Scaler Helper, you will support the inspection of sugar cane fields to assess health and infestation levels. This physically demanding role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the crop remains healthy and productive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field inspections to assess the state of sugar cane plants.
• Record observations and communicate with the farm management team.
• Assist with data collection for research purposes.

Requirements
