Job Description

As a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing, rental activities, and community association tasks. You will lead efforts to develop and implement strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Train and oversee leasing agents and rental coordinators.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless property management.
  • Manage utility operations and maintenance issues that affect tenant satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on local property laws and regulations.
  • Utilise property management software for efficient operations.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere in residential properties.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Real Estate Management certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in property management with a focus on leasing.
