Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract negotiations and procure necessary materials and services.
• Manage project documentation and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for upper management.
• Train and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Additional certifications in project management preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects

• Scheduling Software

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
