Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for sewing and stitching materials to create quality casings for products such as mattresses and cushions. You will contribute significantly to the production process, ensuring each product meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot various types of sewing machines.
• Measure and cut fabric to required specifications.
• Ensure that production deadlines are consistently met.
• Train new employees on sewing techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further certification in upholstery or textile manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related role
