Job Description

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and developing client proposals. We're looking for someone with keen analytical skills and a passion for finance to be part of our innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Help in managing execution efforts for live transactions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare insights for senior management.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior analysts and interns.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and cross-department initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a financial services role

• Valuation Techniques

Certifications

• CFA Level II (or higher) preferred
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a plus
