We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, helping drive key business decisions. You'll work closely with various departments to analyze trends and assist in strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions implemented.
• Support training initiatives related to data analytics across various departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in data analytics.
• Engage with external partners for relevant data-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics recommended

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with a strong track record in data analysis

• R
• Tableau

Certifications

• IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with dashboarding tools: Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Project Management experience: Exposure to project management methodologies would be beneficial.
