Job Description

As a Flight Attendant at Premium Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. Your responsibilities will involve providing outstanding customer service, assisting with passenger needs, and managing in-flight emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers on board and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to enhance passenger experience.
  • Serve meals and beverages, including catering to special dietary needs.
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the aircraft cabin throughout the flight.
  • Conduct safety checks before take-off and assist during landing.
  • Collaborate effectively with pilots and cabin crew for efficient flight operations.
  • Stay updated with the airline's policies and procedures for service delivery.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs for skill development.
  • Engage in post-flight reports for continuous service improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Valid Cabin Crew License
Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
