Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter/Operator, you will be pivotal in shaping materials into specified forms. Your expertise will ensure that production runs efficiently and safely while meeting the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for optimal performance according to production requirements.
• Oversee the production line and monitor output quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Assist in the training of junior operators and apprentices.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Keep accurate records of production metrics and materials used.
• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in molding or operation is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in machine operation
