We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste. This position offers a chance to play a key role in our continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize production schedules to align with demand.
• Conduct risk assessments for production processes and propose solutions.
• Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.
• Facilitate workshops on process improvement methodologies.
• Provide technical support to teams during production challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
