Gang Boss

Job Description

The Gang Boss will oversee and manage a crew of workers to ensure that all construction and maintenance projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings to coordinate tasks and set expectations.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and safe for use.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients on-site.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions effectively.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor their work.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding project performance.
• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
• Support the procurement and inventory management process.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training in project management

Experience

• Experience working on large construction projects is advantageous.
