As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing architectural designs and overseeing construction projects in Cape Town. Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs that showcase creativity and innovation.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and ensure adherence to designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and budgets.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure completion within planned schedules.
• Incorporate sustainable practices into design solutions to minimize environmental impact.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive architectural project experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling

Certifications

• Professional Architect License

Languages

• English: Fluent
