Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to design and develop high-performance electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, capable of creating innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype electromechanical devices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on product development.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Enhance existing products through innovative engineering solutions.
• Provide training and support to customers on technical aspects.
• Compile and review technical documentation for accuracy.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and materials for project implementation.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering is preferred
• Higher qualifications in relevant fields are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD proficiency
• Experience with product design and development

Soft Skills

• Leadership skills
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of Lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency.
