Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with environmental regulations across all company projects. This role is integral in promoting sustainable environmental practices while minimizing legal and financial risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compliance strategies and assess their effectiveness.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Review and update environmental policies and procedures regularly.
  • Facilitate communication between departments on compliance issues.
  • Monitor and report on progress toward sustainability goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Research and analyze environmental legislation changes to inform the company.
  • Implement training programs to educate staff on environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in environmental management or compliance roles
