Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate test results using analytical techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Implement and adhere to laboratory protocols and regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of laboratory supplies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects.
• Provide technical expertise in preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Train junior technicians in laboratory practices.
• Investigate and resolve testing discrepancies quickly.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance within the laboratory.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Biological Sciences or Laboratory Technology
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical or research labs
