Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising initiatives that align with our mission and vision.
• Engage with community members to promote awareness about fundraising activities.
• Create compelling narratives for fundraising materials and campaigns.
• Evaluate current fundraising programs and suggest improvements.
• Track and report on donation trends and patterns.
• Assist with grant application writing and submissions.
• Engage with corporate partners for sponsorship opportunities.
• Participate in networking events to strengthen organizational visibility.
• Develop a stewardship program to retain existing donors.
• Empower and manage team members involved in fundraising efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising or related field
