Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient workflow in our Durban facility. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for optimizing warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse layout to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Review and approve timesheets and schedules for warehouse staff.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.
• Facilitate training programs for new hires.
• Develop strategies to minimize waste and increase efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of leadership experience within warehouse operations

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
