Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient operations and communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with transportation vendors.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Utilize logistics software to track shipments and manage inventory.
• Assist in training new logistics staff on procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)

Languages

• English: Fluent
