Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive social media content calendar and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop tutorials, Q&A sessions, and live engagement activities to connect with the audience.
  • Track social media KPIs and adjust content strategies based on performance data.
  • Research and implement best practices for social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to enhance visual content.
  • Manage the social media budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on social media strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
  • Prepare a monthly report summarizing social media insights and growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Communications
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing and management
