We are in search of an Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
• Pilot new initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Help cultivate a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments focusing on process vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Additional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or management

• Supply Chain Management

Certifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Expert

Languages

• English: Fluent
