Responsibilities

• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality components.
• Perform regular inspections on mechanical systems and components.
• Evaluate and improve existing designs for efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Any relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping and testing skills
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Manufacturing certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
