Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
• Perform routine medical procedures and assist with complex interventions.
• Advocate for patients' rights and wellbeing.
• Participate in continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Master's in Nursing or public health is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant nursing experience

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual communication skills: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
• Specialization in paediatrics or geriatrics: Experience or specialization in paediatric or geriatric nursing.
