Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve therapy interventions based on patient feedback.
• Work closely with families to provide guidance and resources.
• Monitor and report on patient progress to the Clinical Manager.
• Provide culturally sensitive therapy that respects diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct community outreach programs to raise awareness of allied health services.
• Engage in mentorship programs for junior therapists.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Network with other professionals to exchange ideas and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in therapy settings
