Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager. You will drive our supply chain activities, collaborating closely with partners to facilitate seamless logistics and inventory control, directly impacting our bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient supply chain processes to improve productivity.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and oversee procurement operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all supply chain activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance skillsets and productivity.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics

• Supply Chain Optimization

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus

Languages

• Knowledge of Lean Management principles: Understanding of Lean principles to enhance supply chain processes.
