Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Analyst to enhance our operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data analysis for supply chain operations and logistics management.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager in strategic planning initiatives.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects related to supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and logistics partners.
• Assess the impact of supply chain decisions on company profitability.
• Lead initiatives to enhance sustainability within the supply chain.
• Assist in budget preparation and management for supply chain operations.
• Represent the supply chain department in cross-departmental meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
