Responsibilities
Inspect locomotives to ensure they are safe and reliable for use.
Execute routine and preventative maintenance on locomotives.
Document all inspections and maintenance activities accurately.
Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
Participate in safety audits and inspections.
Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement as needed.
Comply with reporting requirements as per regulatory standards.

Education
Trade qualification in engineering or similar field
Experience
Experience working with locomotives or other heavy machinery
