• Review and approve designs from junior engineers.
• Manage and coordinate project resources and teams.
• Ensure all engineering operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project progress and concerns.
• Analyze data and report on project outcomes.
• Train junior engineers in best practices and standards.
• Mitigate project risks through strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience
