Responsibilities

• Create and present design concepts to clients.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure alignment with designs.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget forecasts.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives in building design.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other professionals.
• Review project plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships through communication and feedback.
• Mentor junior architects and interns within the firm.
• Implement design feedback from clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Communication
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
