Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Carton Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining carton manufacturing machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple carton manufacturing machines efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings to fit carton specifications accurately.
• Document machine performance and generate production reports.
• Conduct training for new operators on machine handling.
• Support overall production team in achieving company targets.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist in inventory management for raw materials.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
• Provide feedback for machine upgrades and process enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Certificate

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with carton machinery.

Technical Skills

• Carton Printing Machines
• Lean Manufacturing

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Communication

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with carton printing machines: Additional experience with carton printing processes is preferred.
• Forklift license: Having a forklift license is a valuable asset.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Understanding lean principles to improve efficiency in operations.
