Responsibilities

• Advise on legal implications of corporate strategies and practices.
• Assist in the preparation of litigation documents and liaise with external counsel.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Handle disputes and negotiate settlements on behalf of the company.
• Advise on employment matters, including disputes and terminations.
• Train staff on relevant legal practices and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate degree in law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory roles.
