Validation Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Validation Engineer to ensure our engineering processes meet the required standards and specifications. This role will involve working closely with our development teams to validate product designs and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation of engineering solutions, including equipment and processes.
• Review and validate engineering change orders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective validation testing.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and internal quality standards.
• Develop and monitor validation schedules and milestones.
• Document all validation activities and ensure traceability.
• Participate in audits and inspections related to validation processes.
• Provide guidance and expertise on validation best practices.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in validation processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• Postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a validation role within the engineering industry

Technical Skills

• Validation methodologies
• Statistical analysis

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile processes in engineering projects.
• Knowledge of CAD software: Experience using CAD software for design validation.
