Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated healthcare team in Hermanus. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients presenting with various health issues.
• Create tailored care plans and recommend treatments.
• Issue prescriptions and monitor therapy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Provide health education and resources to patients.
• Accurately document patient interactions and treatment results.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality control processes.
• Support patients in managing chronic illnesses.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Advanced training in specialties such as Family Medicine or Pediatrics is an advantage.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
