Job Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and ensure consistent communication.
  • Proactively address potential issues to prevent escalation.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge client satisfaction and collect valuable feedback.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance client service skills.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and advise on best practices.
  • Assist in creating presentations for client meetings.
  • Support marketing initiatives related to client engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CRM Software Proficient in using CRM tools for managing client relationships.
  • Data Analysis Ability to analyze client feedback and trends effectively.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear client interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to identify issues and constructively resolve them.
  • Interpersonal Skills Highly skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)
Advantageous
  • Experience in sales or marketing: Knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis will be considered a plus.
