Looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to be part of our healthcare team in Johannesburg. You will assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy treatments, helping patients regain their strength and function. Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and needs through physical examination.
• Create tailored treatment plans and modify them as necessary.
• Utilize various rehabilitation techniques and exercises to assist recovery.
• Track patient progress and document changes in health status.
• Counsel patients and families about conditions and rehabilitation techniques.
• Engage with other health professionals to coordinate effective care.
• Commit to professional development through continuous learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Postgraduate qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy or similar are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare settings

Technical Skills

• Rehabilitation protocols
• Assessment tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Manual Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of neurophysiotherapy techniques: Experience in neurophysiotherapy methods beneficial.
• Additional language fluency is advantageous: Proficiency in languages such as Zulu or Sotho is a plus.
