We are seeking a detail-oriented Budget Analyst to support our financial planning and budgeting processes in Midrand. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and providing insights that help drive decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Identify discrepancies in budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting processes.
• Support the analysis of financial and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports for financial planning and performance analysis.
• Monitor compliance with budgetary constraints and guidelines.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of diversified experience in corporate budgeting
